I am a Omaha based, licensed Esthetician. I am also a licensed body artist. I do offer microblading, powder and ombré semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo. Saline tattoo removal for small tattoos. I have been in the beauty industry for 7yrs. Amethyst Spa is a judgement free zone! Skincare is essential to me. I specialize in helping clients achieve their skin goals. I aim to make my clients feel relaxed and satisfied. Whether is removing hyperpigmentation or giving a relaxing facial. Cancellation Policy
PLEASE REVIEW THE POLICY DOWN BELOW. Online Booking Rules & Cancellation Policy
INFORMATION for NEW CLIENTS:
All new clients are required to pay the full amount for their service before their appointment. Example for this, if you book your service today and your appointment isn’t until next month. Your appointment is pre-charged the same day, you looked at my schedule and book that service. You are considered a new client if you haven’t been getting services done for a time span of five months regularly. If during that time. The client continues to have insufficient funds, and is repeatedly to change the card on file. The client will have to continue pre-paying for their services while with Amethyst Spa. Due to them being a high-risk client, by having insufficient funds in their account. No, you will not be charged twice. This amount is recorded on your profile showing the service has been paid in full. No refunds for any reason, and are non-transferable. Meaning a service cannot be transferred to a person or another service. You have one week if you need to reschedule your appointment. For example if you book on a Saturday, and need to reschedule. You have until that following Saturday to reschedule. Otherwise anything past that one week mark, that amount paid is forfeited. This policy is to help remove chances of no-shows or unreliable clients. This gives everyone the opportunity for available openings online. Again if the card on file has insufficient funds during the automatic charge, The appointment will be canceled that same day. A cancellation message will be sent. The client can always contact Amethyst Spa to change the card on file. All clients are required to sign a waiver accepting these terms and conditions prior to their appointment being accepted. The waiver will be required to be signed once and it will be attached to their profile for future appointments.
CANCELLATION POLICY for REOCCURRING CLIENTS:
I have a 48 hour cancellation policy for reoccurring clients. I need a 48 hour cancellation notice. This notice can either be a contact through email, text message, or a phone call. If a reoccurring client canceled the day of their appointment. They will be charged 100% of their service. Again they can reschedule their appointment, they only have one week from their appointment to reschedule otherwise the amount paid is forfeited. No refunds will be given for any reason. All services are non-transferable. Meaning a service cannot be transferred to a person or another service.
REOCCURRING CLIENTS & NEW CLIENTS CANCELLATION POLICY:
I do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; There, I respectfully request at least a 48 hour notice for adjustments to your appointment or cancellations. This notice can either be through messenger, text message, email or through a phone conversation. This policy applies both to reoccurring and new clients. All my policies are designed to benefit my reoccurring clients in new clients. This way everyone has ability to pre-schedule their appointment. I Selena, the owner of Amethyst Spa, LLC will enforce my policy. I do, understand things happen. This policy is meant to avoid no shows or unreliable clients. If I, the owner reschedules your appointment due to any reasons such as emergencies. Understand that if you have extensions I won’t charge extra if you need a full set. Since I had to reschedule the appointment it is my responsibility. Just notify that more time is needed. Any appointments I, the owner reschedule I will accommodate as best as possible. There are still no refunds for any reason. But the time is extended for the client to reschedule for 30days from the cancellation. But if you the client reschedules or cancels the policy is in full affect.
No children are allowed in my studio unless being serviced. 13 years old and up, is the age limit. They must be accompanied with an adult to sign a waiver. I love children but not in a professional environment. I have a lot of breakable items were small children could get hurt. I want everybody safe and comfortable in my workplace.
Discounts or sales that take place are valid UNLESS, they meet any of the criteria down below which fortifies any discount. Terms and conditions do apply. All prebooked, prepaid services, gift cards are considered prepaid services these sale are not valid for this promotion. Meaning gift cards will not receive the sale, it will be charged the regular price due to it considered a prepaid item.
