Reservation Policy & Rules Amethyst Spa’s main priority is to cater, and give a relaxing experience. You as a client, are my main focus during one on one appointments. All products are preordered, and prepped prior to your appointment. This is why deposits, prepaid appointments are required. This secures your spot with your licensed & insured Esthetician and Cosmetic Tattoo Artist. As we value your time and contribution to Amethyst Spa. These policies are vital to my business. We do have payment plans available through Afterpay, affirm, and Klarna. A non-refundable, non transferable deposit is required for all appts. This includes reoccurring clients and new clients. Deposits and prepaid amounts will range differently depending on the service. Again deposits and prepaid services are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE. ALL CLIENTS are required a valid card upon booking. Please refer to our cancellation policy if you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation. If you have an invalid card your appt will be denied. If you need the card updated please reach out. I understand things pop up Iike emergencies and such forth. We’re human. But I do ask you read down below if you need to reschedule your appointment. I’m not your employer where I need a detailed reason on, why you are unable to attend your appointment. So don’t feel pressured to disclose that information. I get it things happen. Just contact me directly, to reschedule your appointment for a later date within our rescheduling policy. That way it doesn’t charge you twice or cause any confusion. Sickens and emergencies happen. This why I give a grace period. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy Each appt has an allocated time slot. ALL appointments are required a deposit. Your deposit will go towards the remaining balance of the services you selected. Friendly reminder, DEPOSITS and PREPAID services are NON-REFUNDABLE. You however, can reschedule your appt. There is a 100% cancellation fee if you plan on no showing. You are permitted to reschedule your appt within one week of the original date of the canceled appt. If you book anything PAST ONE WEEK, is considered forfeited. Meaning if you do not contact me, to reschedule within your first cancelled appointment. Whether it’s a DEPOSIT or PREPAID service, it is NON-REFUNDABLE or NON-TRANSFERABLE. I appreciate communication that you wont be able to attend your original time slot. It’s preferred you text or leave a detailed voicemail to the business number. The number is (402)-320-4867. Again please know that you dot have to go into details about why you’re rescheduling. A simple, “my name is, my appt is and I wont be able to make it in.” I will need a text or phone call on a date and time you’d like to reschedule. Unless you’re rescheduling 72hrs before your appointment the system should allow you to reschedule your time slot.Anything after the 72hrs please reach out and I’ll reschedule it on my end. Rules for NO CALLS/ NO SHOWS If I don’t hear from you within 72hrs prior to reschedule your appt ahead of time. You will be marked in the system as a no call/no show and charged the remaining balance of your appt. Meaning this is NON-REFUNDABLE or NON-TRANSFERABLE to another person or service. Reason for this supplies were poured, prepping, preordered supplies, are wasted. Again refer to cancellation policy that way you can come in and still get serviced. Otherwise GHOSTING a service professional will lead you to getting charged. If you’d like to be a future client here at Amethyst Spa, please avoid ghosting your service provider. You’ll end up getting banned from booking with us if this ethic continues. AGIAN please avoid doing a NO CALL/NO SHOW. Just contact the business number listed above to reschedule your appt. This policy is here to secure your appt. Having NO SHOWS wastes supplies, time and money. I have a 100% cancellation fee if you choose to reschedule. All cosmetic tattoos are charged the same you book. Due to high volume and lengthy appointments. Do not book for a tattoo if you are unsure that it is a service you want. No refunds for any reasons. Again if the card on file has insufficient funds. Your appointment will be canceled the same day. The cancellation message will be sent. No refunds will be given for any reason. All services are non-transferable meaning a service cannot be transferred to a person or another service. You have one week grace period to reschedule, from the date that you originally canceled, to rebook your appointment. Otherwise the amount paid is forfeited. TARDY POLICY (15min TARDY POLICY unless I don’t have a client after you) Your spa appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive at your selected time slot. If you are late please communicate that you are running late to the business number, (402)-320-4867. I get it. Traffic and all kinds of things make us late. With that being said. If I have a client after you, I cannot run late for the next client who arrived on time. It’s unfair. If there’s no one after that client. Then I can finish the service then. But if I can still finish the appt with our remaining time, I will. But if there’s overlapping with my next client we will have to reschedule for either a later time or date. The cancellation policy and non-refundable policies are in full effect. If I the owner, has to reschedule your appt or is running behind. I will accommodate best as I can for the inconvenience. Nebraska, is unpredictable weather wise. For natural causes like extreme weather conditions. For my safety and my clients I will let you know in advance. A lot of times we get weather warning alerts the day prior. I will reschedule your appt if needed. But I will not be compensating for weather issues. Whatever, the reason if the owner has to reschedule your appt I will accommodate as best as I can. If you have lash extensions I’ll extend the fill time to compensate missing lashes for the same price as a fill. Since I have a tardy policy depending on how late I’m running. There’s still the 15min grace period. The client and I can discuss accommodations due to the inconvenience. This is just to insure the client that they know their time is being valued. Accommodating does not include refunds, or any money value. For example accommodating can include additional massage time or etc. KIDS in WORKPLACE I have a lot of single mothers or parents. I do have a no kids policy due to the fact your child can get hurt since my place isn’t childproof. But with growing rates of mothers and lack of child care available. This is only for emergencies that this option is available due to daycares being closed or cancellations of child care. I need you as the client to communicate if you’re bringing your child. That way we can figure out something. Sometimes I have people have a family member watch their child in my lobby. That’s fine. Or if the child is old enough to be unattended in the lobby hanging out with a phone or iPad. I lock the front door when a child is upfront because it’s for safety reasons. With that being said this is a Spa, and I want you to enjoy your pampering time. This option is only a last resort. Otherwise we can reschedule for a later date if these are not a good candidate for your child. GIFT CARDS OR DISCOUNTS Unfortunately, with gift cards I’m unable to have a link that doesn’t charge the card on file instead of the gift card. Sorry for the inconvenience. Your deposit will be refunded day of and your gift card will be charged manually. Gift cards are not eligible for any DISCOUNTS or Sale promotions. Discounts or sales that take place are valid UNLESS, they meet any of the criteria down below which fortifies any discount. Terms and conditions do apply. All prebooked, prepaid services, gift cards are considered prepaid services these sale are not valid for this promotion. Meaning gift cards will not receive the sale, it will be charged the regular price due to it considered a prepaid item. PARTIES OR LARGE GROUPS We love that you selected us for your special event. We only allow a full day booking or the maximum amount is 8 clients. Keep in mind when booking your group event. I am one service provider. Each client will be taken care of one at a time. Usually large groups hang out in the lobby. We do have party packages available. Such as charcuterie boards, fresh fruit and etc. Please contact us for more information and for us to prebook it. All parties are subject to being prechaged the full amount prior to the event. Along with a 10% automatic gratuity charge on top of the party services, and add on’s such as snacks and beverages.
