Cancellation Policy
Amethyst Spa Policies
Thank you for choosing Amethyst Spa. I truly appreciate your trust in my business. Every appointment is reserved exclusively for you and thoughtfully prepared in advance to ensure a relaxing, personalized experience. The following policies help protect both your reserved appointment time and the quality of care provided to every guest.
Appointment Reservations
A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments.
All services require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, which is applied toward your remaining balance on the day of your appointment. Deposit amounts vary depending on the service selected.
For your convenience, Afterpay, Affirm, and Klarna are available on qualifying purchases.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
I understand that life happens and unexpected situations arise. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please reach out as soon as possible. There’s never any need to explain your personal circumstances—simply let me know you’d like to reschedule.
Your deposit will remain available for one week from your original appointment date. As long as your new appointment is scheduled within that one-week window, your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled service.
Appointments rescheduled beyond one week, canceled without rescheduling, or prepaid services that are not redeemed within the one-week grace period will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or prepaid amount.
If your appointment is within 72 hours, please contact me directly by text or phone at (402) 320-4867 so I can assist you with rescheduling.
Missed Appointment Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
Clients who miss their appointment without communication will be considered a Missed Appointment (No-Show) and will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance.
Repeated missed appointments without communication may result in future booking restrictions.
Cosmetic Tattoo Services
Due to the extensive preparation, specialized products, and length of these appointments, all deposits and payments for cosmetic tattoo services are final and non-refundable.
Please book only when you are certain you are ready to move forward with your appointment.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to enjoy your full experience.
A 15-minute grace period is provided whenever scheduling allows. If arriving late prevents completion of your scheduled service or impacts the next guest’s appointment, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and applicable cancellation policies will apply.
If you’re running behind, a quick text or phone call is always appreciated.
If Amethyst Spa Needs to Reschedule
In the rare event that I need to reschedule due to illness, emergency, or severe weather, I will contact you as soon as possible and do everything I can to accommodate you at the next available appointment.
If my schedule causes your lash fill appointment to be delayed, I will happily allow additional fill time at no additional charge whenever possible.
Children
For the safety of all guests, Amethyst Spa is not a childproof facility.
While I kindly ask that children not accompany appointments, I understand that childcare emergencies happen. If an unexpected situation arises, please contact me in advance so we can determine whether accommodations can be made.
Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards cannot be combined with promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers.
Previously purchased prepaid services and gift cards are excluded from future promotional pricing unless otherwise stated.
Spa Parties & Private Events
Celebrate birthdays, bridal parties, self-care days, and special occasions at Amethyst Spa.
Private group bookings for up to 8 guests are available by reservation. Charcuterie boards, refreshments, and additional spa enhancements can be arranged in advance.
Full payment is required prior to all private events, and a 10% service gratuity will be added to party reservations.
